The internal coordinator of the Technisch Appèl Study Association is responsible 

for the functioning of a large number of committees within the 

association. At the beginning of the board year, the internal coordinator ensures that the 

committees are brought to the attention of the members and encourages them to become active.

In doing so, the internal coordinator plays a crucial role in assessing the 

qualities and preferences of members, so that they are placed in a suitable committee.

In addition to setting up the committees, the internal coordinator is also 

responsible for monitoring the quality of the work that the committees 

deliver. If a committee does not meet expectations, the internal 

coordinator takes action to implement improvements and ensure functionality.

The internal coordinator also ensures the exclusivity of active members by organising 

special activities, including an event specifically for active 

members. In addition, the internal coordinator supervises the committee competition, which strengthens the bond between committees and their members. Active members are also provided with a committee sweater, which is arranged by the internal coordinator.
