Essity, Hoogezand
Hoogezand is home to the largest Essity production facility in the Netherlands, Essity Operations Hoogezand B.V. Essity Operations Hoogezand employs over 500 people where well-known brands such as TENA Lady, TENA Pants and Libero Up&Go are produced. Besides three production units, several support units and departments contribute to the end result: Logistics, Plant Support, Controlling, Human Resources and Quality and RESH (risk management, environment, safety, health). From a fully automated distribution centre, products find their way to customers. Not only in the Netherlands, but all over the world. Essity's production site in Hoogezand is very dynamic; every day is different.
Essity, Suameer
There is a unique Essity production site in Suameer where, among other things, non woven cleaning and polishing cloths are produced and processed in various packaging formats. Essity Suameer also produces tissue products supplied from other Essity sites in the form of parent rolls. Essity Suameer employs over 80 staff where well-known brands such as Tork and Plenty are produced. Tork products are supplied to the automotive industry (factories and garages), healthcare institutions, hospitality, cleaning and food processing industries. The Essity production site in Suameer continues to grow and is moving fast.
