We regret that you no longer want to be a member. We do hope that you have enjoyed your time at S.V. Tapp.
To unsubscribe, send an e-mail to our secretary (secretaris@svtapp.nl). In this mail the full name of the member should be mentioned.
When a member deregisters, there are some conditions attached. They are mentioned in the statutes under Article 5, paragraph 2 and read as follows:
Termination of membership by the member may only take place at the end of a financial year, provided this is done in writing and with observance of a notice period of at least one month.
The member shall remain liable for the membership fee for the current year. Late cancellation shall result in membership only ending at the end of the next financial year.
The financial year runs from 1 August to 31 July. If the student wishes to deregister, he/she will be deregistered after paying the membership fee for the relevant financial year. After deregistration, a confirmation of the deregistration will be sent by e-mail.
Graduated?
Have you graduated, but would you still like to stay in touch with your former fellow students and attend the activities of S.V. Tapp? Then we also offer place for alumni members. You don't have to pay anything for this. Please contact our secretary (secretaris@svtapp.nl).
