Complaints committee
Within our study association, we believe it is important that everyone feels safe, heard, and respected. That is why we have established an independent complaints committee.
The complaints committee consists of three members who are not part of the board. This ensures that they can handle reports and complaints in an objective and confidential manner. Whether it concerns inappropriate behavior, a conflict, or any other concern within the association, the committee is there to listen and work together towards an appropriate solution.
All reports are handled with care and discretion.
